Construction Division:

Open Position: Carpentry Foreman

Job Description: Experienced carpenter who has an eye for detail and a passion for residential & light commercial construction, enjoys being part of a great team and is safety minded. A successful candidate should be highly motivated, organized, have solid experience in new construction & remodeling, and a proven track record in working on complex construction and detailed projects. Additional responsibilities include assisting in the training of other employees, directing their work and numerous other administrative duties will be required. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

This individual will be responsible for the following:

  • Demonstrate a solid ability to understand plans/blueprints and complete details to specs.
  • Perform on all phases of new construction and remodeling including tasks such as layout, framing, roofing, siding, cabinetry, and finish work.
  • Work closely with company owners to drive project schedules and bring projects in on budget.
  • Complete administrative work such as timecards, daily logs and other company forms.
  • Demonstrate an ability to communicate well with clients, co-workers, and provide high customer service.
  • Manage an effective jobsite safety program on a day to day basis.
  • Have a valid drivers license, reliable transportation and own tools.

Compensation: Pay commensurate with experience and leadership capabilities. Paid holidays and vacation included. Overtime & Bonuses available.
